What I Expect from You
Important information about how to care for your own wellbeing and get the most value out of working with me is set out below. If you have any questions or concerns, please email me before proceeding with your booking or purchase.
Important Information
This work may trigger deeply buried emotions and suppressed memories and feelings. It is essential that you have your own trauma strategy and a good handle on your mental health before we work together. My services are not counselling, therapy or a substitute for appropriate medical care. They are designed to complement work that you are already doing, whether that be with your GP, allied health professionals, psychologist, counsellor, mental health treatment team or other healing modality.
If you choose to undertake this work, you will need to exercise patience rather than expecting your work together to be done after one session. You will also need to take ownership of your own journey and be prepared to do the work instead of expecting me to wave a magic wand. There are no quick fixes in personal development. The outcomes you experience will be better with ongoing sessions, so I highly recommend being ready to commit to more than one appointment. This is because it takes time to for us to establish trust, consistency and accountability. You will get out of your sessions what you put in. I am just your guide! The onus is on you to come to your sessions with clean energy and the right attitude, showing up ready to embrace the experience.
I will send you a booking confirmation which contains all of the information you need to prepare for your session. Please ensure that you have read and followed the instructions given in this confirmation, and any follow-up emails that I send to you.
Yoni mapping is a vessel to take you to a deeper level of personal understanding, not an external solution to problems you may be experiencing. It may help to guide you towards answers by allowing you greater access to self-knowledge and intuition. This modality is internal somatic therapy or bodywork and has been accredited by the International Institute of Complimentary Therapy as a recognised therapeutic practice. While it necessarily involves intimate touch, it is not sexual or erotic in intention. I will remain fully clothed, maintain a professional approach, and check in to confirm your comfort and consent regularly throughout the session.
Every session looks different and is designed to adapt to your unique needs. Consent is a vital aspect of my service and you can change your mind at any time. However, rather than a refund, if you don’t wish to continue with a session, I will pivot the session into another type of support so you can process what is coming up for you. Even if you no longer wish to receive the physical component of my services, I will work with you to ensure you still feel safe and receive value from our work together.
My guidance and coaching are not counselling or a substitute for mental health support. I am not a clinically trained medical or mental health professional, and do not offer any kind of diagnoses with my services or offerings. At all times, you remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. If you are taking any medication or treatments, this is not the time to stop. If you are working with a different health practitioner, it is important that you inform me and continue any treatment plans. I am always happy to work collaboratively as part of your holistic health care team.
If any concerns arise during our work together, I strongly recommend you seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. I may provide a referral to a trusted provider from my network if appropriate. Remember, it is important to get clearance from your doctor before making major changes to your lifestyle.
You will get the most out of working with me if you:
are honest and open with me about how you are feeling, your expectations, and what you are willing to do and try
have external support outside of me, someone you trust that you can talk to outside our sessions; this may include getting your partner involved so that you can work together to improve your relationship, if that is your goal
adopt a flexible attitude
are ready and willing to make changes and do the work to see things through, in and out of the sessions
are open to a holistic approach and alternative perspectives, and
are able to fund your desired sessions without going into hardship.
You might not be a good fit for this work if you:
are not honest with me
are not willing to do any homework that is suggested
are disrespectful of our time
are not committed and able to make changes to your life and relationships
don't have the financial capacity for ongoing support
are not emotionally stable and lack a reliable support network,
are not willing to talk through the issues and emotions that are coming up for you and to engage fully in this work, or
fail to understand that my services are NOT sex work.

Please ensure that you are ready and willing to work with me before you place your booking. As outlined above, while you have every right to change your mind and withdraw consent during a session, this will not result in a refund. Instead, the session will be adapted to meet your new needs.
I take my obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do my best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, my liability is strictly limited to:
replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
if I am unable to do so within a reasonable time, refunding the full amount that you have paid to me.
